আমরা যদি লোকদের source of income বা কিভাবে টাকা উপার্জন করছে সেই অনুসারে ভাগ করি তবে আমরা চার গ্রুপের লোক পাব। যারা অন্যের ব্যবসায়ের জন্য কর্মচারী তারা গ্রুপ ই এর অন্তর্ভুক্ত, স্বনিযুক্ত বা স্বল্প পরিমাণে ব্যবসায়ীরা গ্রুপ এস এর সাথে, বিগ বিজনেসের মালিক গ্রুপ বি এর সাথে এবং যারা বেশি অর্থ উপার্জনের জন্য অর্থ বিনিয়োগ করেন তারা আমার। এই চারটি গ্রুপকে একসাথে ক্যাশফ্লো কুয়াড্র্যাণ্ট বলা হয়।If we divide people according to the categories of their source of income we will get four groups of people. Those who are employee work for others business belong to Group E , self employed or small scale business owners belong to group S, Big Business Owner belong to group B and those who invest money to earn more money belong to I . These four groups together are called CashFlow Quadrant.
If we take statistics of world population we see that 97% of total population belong to E and S quadrant that is emplopyee, self employed and small scale Business owner , and rest only 3% belong to B and I quadrant that is Big Business Owner and Investor.
On the other hand if we take statistics of world wealth we see that 96% of total wealth are enjoyed by B and I quadrant people and 4% are enjoyed by E and S quadrant . So the irony is 96% of total wealth are enjoyed by 3% of people. Have you ever thought why is this huge difference.
The only difference is in their mindset. B and I quadrant people have different mindset. E and S quadrant people think about their job security but actually no job on this Earth is completely secured but B and I quadrant people think about Freedom of choice . They want freedom in terms of time and money. E and S quadrant people are money minded they work for money but B and I quadrant people Build source of income. E and S want instant gratification but B and I are OK with delayed gratification. E and S invest their own time, money and skill which are limited so their income is also limited but B and I leverage other’s time, money and skill so their income is unlimited. E and S think How to do a work but B and I first think Why will they do it. In every work how part is 5% but why part is 95% because once the why part is identified how part can be easily invented.
Let me explain what is freedom of choice . Freedom choice means freedom in terms of time and money. Now let’s see which group has more time and money freedom . If we consider senior citizen people they have time freedom because they are retired but some of them have money freedom and some may not have. If we consider employee they dont have time freedom and money freedom. If we consider high salaried employee and small business owner they have money freedom but they don’t have time to enjoy the money. But if we consider Big Business Owner or Investor they have time freedom and money freedom because they have the time to enjoy their money.

Let me give you one interesting puzzle. Listen and think carefully before you answer. Suppose you have got 2 opportunities. Project 1 and Project 2 , both are of 30 months duration. If each of these 1 thousand friends refer 10 friends each then you will earn 62 lakhs 50000 Rs. If each of these 10 thousand friends 10 friends each then you will earn 3 Crore 12 lakhs Rs. So you see you are referring only 10 friends but your income will continue and your income will increase exponentially every year.
Let me help you to take right decision in the previous puzzle. In project 1 you will get 1 lakh Rs. every month so in 30 months you will earn total 30 lakhs Rs. In project 2 every month your income will be doubled so in this way if you calculate you will see that after 30 months your total income will become 106 Crore and 37 Lakhs Rs. So in project 2 you are getting much more bigger amount of money but apparently you might have though that in project 1 you are getting 1 lakh Rs. every month and in project 2 you are getting only Rs. 1 for first month so you would take decision to join project 1 but if you calculate mathematically then you will see the actual benefit is much more higher in project 2 than project 1.
